Knowledge of meltblown machine
Installation: pre tighten the cleaned spinneret and spinneret with bolts. Check the gap between spinneret and spinneret with feeler gauge. The general clearance is adjusted to 0.8-1.2mm; Tighten the bolts during adjustment. Finally, adjust the gap between the air knife and the spinnerets on both sides to one, and lock all bolts. Replace the filter screen and sealing ring. The spinneret assembly is installed on the die.
